Yes, we accept Amazon Returns & Removal Orders.

You will be invoiced through our client portal once services are completed. In order for us to begin prepping your items you must have a card on file.

Our business is built upon relationships and more specifically trust. Your product information, and ALL of your information, is held in the strictest of confidence. It would be very unwise for us, and would ruin our hard-earned reputation if we did anything like this. It would simply destroy us as a company. We are also very happy to sign any Non-Disclosure Agreement provided by you at your request.

Our main warehouse is located in NJ, minutes from Teterboro's Amazon Fulfillment Center as well as Edison, and Avenel. Postal Code is 07011. Most inbound shipments from the east coast arrive to us within 1 – 3 business days. Most inbound shipments from the west coast arrive to us within 3 – 5 business days. Most inbound shipments from China arrive within 7 – 14 business days.

Yes, we are able to accept truck-shipped or truck freight (LTL) shipments.

We have a daily pick-up for all of our outbound shipments to Amazon. Items sent by our order fulfillment are sent out via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Truck freight (LTL) shipments arranged upon request for an additional fee.

Absolutely! We’ll help you avoid a lot of pitfalls that come with working with Amazon.

Yes! We have plenty of room in our warehouse and can store your products until you are ready to send them to Amazon or to your end customer. We’ll keep your inventory safe and sound for as long as you need.

We have an integrated client portal to track your inventory. Once your account is setup, we will give you access to the portal so that you can track all progress in real-time. You can also access the portal from anywhere. 

Once you sign up we will email you a video on how exactly our client portal works and what steps to take to use it. It is a very user friendly client portal and easy to use once you get the hang of it.

Once you have set the status of your items to SHIP and your inventory has arrived at our warehouse, you can expect it to be prepped and shipped within 24-48 hours.

If we notice damage to an item upon receipt from your vendor, we will take photographs of the damage and send to you.

Yes, we do this regularly. Keep in mind there is an extra fee to prep a pallet. Please see our service list for the latest pricing.

Absolutely! We love our International Sellers! Just ship us your products and we’ll take it from there.
